About Us: Our Mission

Friendship Baptist Church is an independent Baptist Church serving the Raleigh area since 1965.

The purpose and goal of Friendship Baptist Church is to magnify and glorify our Lord Jesus Christ, and to preach His gospel. It is our further purpose to teach the Word of God, to facilitate spiritual growth and maturity in the lives of God's people, and to provide a base for warm Christian fellowship.

We believe in the verbally inspired and authoritative Scriptures, the Triune God, the substitutionary death of the Lord Jesus Christ, His bodily resurrection, and His coming again for His Church before the Tribulation period. We believe man is a sinner and can only have spiritual life through personal faith in Christ Jesus and His finished work.
